Start a New Group

Blastogo Groups are an easy way for a team or organization to stay in touch. Messages sent to a group are automatically forwarded to all group member's phones. It is basically group text messaging.

How Groups Work

Creating a Group

Press the button above to create a group. You will need to choose a group username (i.e. "MyGroup") and whether the group is "public" or "private".

Joining a Group

Anyone can join your group by txting "follow [groupname]" to the Blastogo number, 32075. You can also send out email invitations for your group from your group's web page.

Group Messages

You can send messages to the group from your group's web page or using your phone. On your phone, txt "blast [groupname] [message]" to 32075. For example: "blast mygroup practice is now at 3!". Messages are forwarded to all member's phones.

Customized Group Page

You can select a unique profile image and page background image for your group page to give it a fun and unique look.

Public vs. Private Groups

In private groups, anyone can send messages to the entire group. In public groups, only admins can send messages. Private groups work great for small number of friends or teams. Public groups work well for large groups and fan clubs.
